Formed in 2023 with 3 sisters and a family friend, Lotus Land and Home Investments is on a mission to transform distressed properties into desired homes in our community.  
Our team of investment experts have years of experience in real estate and design, so Lotus Land and Home Investments was a natural progression into the world of real estate investment.

Sisters Deborah Williams, a registered nurse, Veronica Cody, a retired configurations manager, and Angela Hinrichs, an education administrator, along with longtime family friend, Eric Morris, a budget manager, licensed realtor, and real estate tv host, founded Lotus in 2023.

Our core value centers around the profound belief in transformation. Just as the lotus flower, symbolized in our name, thrives in the murky depths of muddy water and rises each day to unfold into a magnificent blossom, it serves as a daily symbol of strength and renewal. Similarly, our overarching goal is to consistently transform distressed properties into beacons of strength and renewal, one community at a time.
